On September 25th, a thirteen-year-old girl named Kiarra was apprehended for suspicion of exhibitionism at a local retail store. She was seen by other customers engaging in lewd behavior, which resulted in her being taken to the back office for interrogation. Once there, she confessed to masturbating in public.

The officer who interviewed her made it clear that such actions were highly inappropriate and could result in serious legal consequences. However, upon learning about Kiarra's young age and lack of criminal history, he proposed an alternative to pressing charges. The girl was willing to work out a deal with him in exchange for avoiding prosecution.

The nature of this agreement is currently classified, but it is known that both parties reached a mutual understanding. Evidence related to the case was then logged on September 25th, 2019.
