Case No. 7477895 - Shoplyfter - Teamskeet

On the 17th of May, an LP Officer caught sight of a mother and her stepdaughter engaged in shoplifting actions. The duo had been previously apprehended for the same offense. The Officer on duty collected evidence using video surveillance. Subsequently, the mother was brought in for questioning, where she was informed about the hard video proof against her.

Both the mother and stepdaughter were informed that due to their repeat offense, the police were obliged to be called. However, the LP Officer decided against this course of action. Instead, the mother and stepdaughter were given an opportunity to come to a private agreement with the Officer. After much negotiation, they managed to broker a deal without involving law enforcement. The evidence collected was logged on May 17, 2017.
