Case No. 5869574 - Shoplyfter - Teamskeet

On December 28th, 2016, at 6:31am, a case (#5869574) was reported regarding Simple Battery/Theft. The incident took place at a local shopping mall during Black Friday sales. She was brought to the backroom LP office for questioning about the incident and her lack of a receipt. During interrogation, the suspect became increasingly hostile and uncooperative.

Given the severity of the situation and the suspect's unwillingness to comply, it was decided that a strip search would be conducted. The suspect was taken to a private area where she was informed of the charges against her and the consequences of her actions both legally and within the mall's code of conduct. A member of the LP team conducted the strip search, ensuring that no stolen merchandise was concealed on the suspect's person.

Upon completion of the search, no additional items of value were found on the suspect. She was then issued a written warning regarding her behavior and informed of the consequences if she were to continue such actions in the future. The incident was logged into the LP system as case #5869574 on December 28th, 2016.
