Case No. 4448576 - Shoplyfter - Teamskeet

April 19th, 2017, 3:16 pm - Case 4448576: Attempted Theft - A male and female suspect were apprehended under suspicion of theft. The evidence log states that the female suspect was in possession of the stolen items. However, she initially denied the accusation. Due to this denial and the need to confirm that the stolen items were indeed on her person, the law enforcement officer (LP Officer) had to conduct a thorough search.

The search began with a pat down, but the female suspect attempted to hide the stolen items in her undergarments. The LP Officer, being familiar with such tactics, warned her that further proof of the crime would be necessary. Despite this warning, the suspect refused to cooperate, leading to a prolonged standoff between the two parties.

Eventually, after a tense negotiation, the female suspect agreed to strip down to her underwear. With the stolen items now visible, the LP Officer seized them, along with other contraband found in her possession. However, it was apparent that the stolen goods were hidden deep within the confines of her intimate apparel.

In light of this, the LP Officer had no choice but to perform an intrusive search, including a full cavity search, in order to retrieve any additional incriminating evidence. The suspect cooperated due to the overwhelming evidence against her and the severity of the charges she faced. Throughout the search, the suspect showed no signs of resistance or discomfort, despite the obvious embarrassment and humiliation she was experiencing.

The search concluded with the clearance of the stolen items from her person, as well as numerous other contraband items, some of a pornographic nature. The female suspect was charged with multiple counts of theft, possession of stolen goods, and possession of pornography. The evidence recovered during the search was logged into the system on April 19th, 2017.
