Ariana, Brookie, and Serena are not your ordinary girlfriends. These three close friends share a deep bond that has made them stand out from the crowd. As summer approaches, they decide to work on improving their bodies together at the gym where they frequently visit.
Determined to achieve their goal, they sign up for a personal training session with Gi Joey, a well-known trainer at the gym. He turns out to be quite the charmer and quickly earns their trust. During their first private session, however, things take an unexpected turn when he becomes a bit too handsy with them.
Although uncomfortable at first, the girls realize they have leverage against Gi Joey due to his inappropriate behavior. Together they decide to use this opportunity to negotiate with him for something they've always wanted - free memberships to the gym. Threatened by the footage of his groping session with them, Gi Joey finds himself in quite a predicament.
Knowing that giving away free memberships would lead to financial losses for the gym, Gi Joey comes up with a compromise. He offers the girls a chance to enjoy some private time with him in exchange for their silence and cooperation.
Despite their initial shock and discomfort, Ariana, Brookie, and Serena agree to Gi Joey's proposal. They find themselves drawn into a seductive game where they must navigate through his advances while trying to maintain control of the situation.
